Report: - USG Whole Abdomen
Liveris normal in size measuring 12.4 cm in cranio-caudal diameter. Its parenchyma is normal in echotexture. No focal lesions are seen. The hepatic veins and portal veins are patent with appropriate directional flow. No IHBR dilatation is seen.
Gall Bladderis normal in distension and its outline. No evidence of focal/diffuse wall thickening. Its lumen is anechoic. CBD is normal in caliber (4.8mm) and its lumen is echo free.
Spleenis normal in size and echo texture measuring 8.7 cm cranio-caudally.
Pancreas visualized pancreas normal in size, echotextue.
Both Kidney normal in size, the bipolar diameter of right kidney is 10.4 cm and left kidney is 10.4 cm, its parenchymal echo texture is normal and corticomedullary differentiation is maintained. No calculus or hydronephrosis noted.
Urinary Bladder is normal in distension, outline and its wall thickness. Pre-void urine volume is 233cc and PVRU is 18cc.
Uterus : - normalin size 6.2 x 2.7cm, myometrium appears homogenous, no myoma noted.Endometrial thickness is 4.8 mm & seen in midline.
Both ovariesare normal in size and follicular pattern. Right ovary measure 28 x 20 mm, left ovary 24 x 17 mm.
Pouch of Douglas clear.
Bowel loops normal in caliber and wall thickness.
No significantly enlarged mesenteric or retroperitoneal node noted.
No free fluid in peritoneal cavity.No Pleural effusion at lung bases on either sides.
